The staff at this location is extremely helpful and incredibly friendly and professional. They make the rental process quick and easy, ensuring I understand all the details and options available. The cars are always spotless and in excellent condition. They take great care in maintaining their vehicles. I also appreciate the car pickup process- which is quick and easy. They get you in the car in less than 10 mins once you begin the check in process. Returning the car is just as smooth, with no hidden fees or surprises. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Can get extremely busy so patience will be needed. I wish they stayed open on Sundays which provides more convenience when returning.

Excellent customer service. My car had a flat and we discovered that there was some sketchy patch up done by previous customer to the frame. Enterprise helped me call a towing company that arrived within 30 minutes to help replace the tire and in addition to waiving the service fee, they discounted $50 for my troubles. Thank you Jacob and Dan!

The 3 gentlemen I dealt with were extremely polite and helpful in placing my reservation, providing a very nice and clean car, and assisting with courtesy shuttle service. I would recommend them and rent from them again.

I came in town for a funeral. It was a tough time for my family and I. I chose Enterprise “Kimberly ave” for my choice because it was the closest rental location near my hotel. So glad I did. The entire staff was professional and went above and beyond. I believe one of gentleman’s name was either Nick or Nate. I think he may have been the manager. It was as Exceptional! Hats off to Enterprise and this location. I will be a future customer at this location when I am back in town.

The staff here is outstanding! They’re always attentive and go above and beyond to ensure we leave satisfied and confident in our vehicle choice. This branch has become my favorite. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted warmly, and it truly feels like they see me as a person, not just a face. You’ve hit the jackpot with this team! The cars are consistently clean, fresh-smelling, and ready to go. My favorite part is driving off in a vehicle that feels safe for my family, spotless, smelling great, and with a full tank of gas. They never disappoint!
